Discover the suiteWhen a template isn't quite the fit, the studio designs a suite around your event from scratch. Here's how that works.

Step 01 of 04
Tell us about the event.
This is the only homework — and we've made it easy. The request form walks you through what we need to know: the event, the dates, the mood, the must-haves. Paste reference imagery from Pinterest, drag in inspiration shots, or attach the venue's website.
Most clients spend 15–30 minutes here. The form auto-saves as you go, so you can step away and come back without losing anything. Once you send it, we reply within a working day to confirm we got it and ask any follow-up questions before quoting.
What goes in the request
- →Event type, date, venue
- →Number of guests + how invites will be sent (digital, print, or both)
- →Mood references — colors, typography you love, designers you admire
- →Anything off-limits (a color you hate, a font your ex used)
Step 02 of 04
A real quote, in two working days.
Within two working days of your request, you get a quote that is specific to your event — not a price list. The quote includes a clear total, a breakdown by suite component, a proposed timeline with key delivery dates, and a sketch of the suite at a high level: which pieces, what sizes, what we think the mood should be.
Quotes are valid for 14 days. Accept it and you pay the quoted total in full to book your slot in the studio calendar — work starts once that payment is confirmed. Anything that changes the scope mid-project gets a small change-order quote first, and only proceeds with your approval — no surprise pricing later.
What is in the quote
- →Total price, broken out by component
- →Proposed key dates (first draft, revisions, final delivery)
- →High-level sketch of the suite components
- →The total you pay to book the slot — no add-ons after
Step 03 of 04
Two rounds, then we lock.
Once payment is confirmed, the studio puts together a first complete draft of the entire suite — invitation, RSVP, save-the-date, programs, anything in scope. You typically see this within 5–7 working days, depending on suite size.
From there: two full rounds of revisions. Round one is for the big stuff — wording, color directions, layout changes, type choices. Round two is for the polish — spacing, dialing in shades, swapping specific elements. The studio finalizes when you are happy, not when a calendar says we are out of time.
What you can change in revisions
- →Copy on every piece (names, dates, addresses, wording)
- →Color shifts (dial up the blush, ease off the gold)
- →Layout adjustments (the venue map needs to be bigger)
- →Type swaps (a different serif if the first one is not landing)
Step 04 of 04
Files, in every format you need.
Once everything is locked, the suite lands in your inbox: one email with an access link per piece, in every format you will ever need. The Canva editable link means you (or anyone you trust) can make small changes later without coming back to the studio — useful for a guest count update or printing a single replacement.
For print, you get press-ready PDFs in CMYK with bleed and crop marks set to industry standard — most local printers accept these directly. If the email is ever lost, the same links live on your order page — and if you have an account, under your profile — so nothing depends on you keeping one message.
What you walk away with
- →Canva editable link (lifetime access — edit forever)
- →Layered Photoshop / Illustrator source files
- →Press-ready PDFs (CMYK, 3mm bleed, crop marks)
- →Web-optimized PNG / JPG for sharing digitally
