Privacy Policy

We only collect what the service needs to run:

• Order details — your email address, the items you bought, and an optional note you attach at checkout.
• Account details — name and email, if you choose to create an account.
• Project briefs — the event details and images you share when requesting custom work.

We do not collect or store payment card numbers, e-wallet credentials, or government IDs — payment happens entirely on PayMongo’s secure checkout.

• To deliver your purchase (access emails, order pages, Canva/PDF delivery).
• To respond to inquiries and scope custom work.
• To keep your account and order history available to you.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t send marketing email you didn’t ask for.

Your data is handled by the services that run this store:

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider.
• PayMongo — payment processing (subject to its own privacy policy).
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Meta Platforms — advertising measurement, and only if you accept it (section 7).

Order records are kept for as long as we’re required to for accounting and support purposes. Project briefs and their uploaded images are kept while your inquiry or commission is active, and may be removed afterwards on request.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these, contact us — we’ll respond within a reasonable period. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

Essential cookies keep the site working: staying signed in, a short-lived cookie that lets you see your own order confirmation right after checkout, and a cookie recording your answer to the tracking question below.

Advertising cookies are set only if you accept them — see the next section. If you decline, none are set and no tracking script is loaded at all.

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To know which of our ads actually lead to orders — rather than guessing — we use Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API. Both are provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.

This runs only with your consent. The first time you visit, we ask. Nothing is loaded or sent until you accept, and declining is a single click that costs you no functionality.

If you accept, we share with Meta:

• Pages you view on this site, items you add to your cart, and when you start checkout or complete an order — including the order value.
• Your email address in scrambled (hashed) form when you buy, so Meta can tell whether you saw one of our ads. Meta receives a one-way fingerprint, never your actual address.
• Identifiers Meta’s own cookies set in your browser, and the ad click that brought you here, if there was one.

We use this only to measure and improve our own advertising. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it to build profiles beyond that purpose. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy.

Changing your mind: clear this site’s cookies in your browser and we’ll ask again on your next visit. You can also contact us to object to processing, as described above.
