We only collect what the service needs to run:

• Order details — your email address, the items you bought, and an optional note you attach at checkout.
• Account details — name and email, if you choose to create an account.
• Project briefs — the event details and images you share when requesting custom work.

We do not collect or store payment card numbers, e-wallet credentials, or government IDs — payment happens entirely on PayMongo’s secure checkout.

• To deliver your purchase (access emails, order pages, Canva/PDF delivery).
• To respond to inquiries and scope custom work.
• To keep your account and order history available to you.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t send marketing email you didn’t ask for.

Your data is handled by the services that run this store:

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider.
• PayMongo — payment processing (subject to its own privacy policy).
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — website hosting.

Order records are kept for as long as we’re required to for accounting and support purposes. Project briefs and their uploaded images are kept while your inquiry or commission is active, and may be removed afterwards on request.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these, contact us — we’ll respond within a reasonable period. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

We use only the cookies the site needs to function: keeping you signed in, and a short-lived cookie that lets you see your own order confirmation right after checkout. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
