DigiLab Creative is a digital design studio selling digital invitation templates and bespoke event-design services for weddings, debuts, baptisms, birthdays, and corporate events. By placing an order on this site you agree to these terms.

Our registered business address is E. Gonzales St., Silang, Philippines 4115. Everything we sell is digital — the address is for correspondence, not collection.

Everything we sell is a digital good — nothing physical is shipped. Template purchases are delivered by email and through your order’s access page as editable Canva templates and/or downloadable PDF files, depending on the product.

Access links are personal to your order. You may not share, resell, or redistribute delivery links, template files, or your Canva access.

Payments are processed by PayMongo through its hosted checkout (GCash and other supported methods). We never see or store your payment credentials. Prices are shown in Philippine pesos (PHP) and are confirmed server-side at checkout.

The flow is: choose a product, pay, and receive an email with access to the PDF and/or the editable Canva link. Template orders are fulfilled automatically once payment is confirmed — typically within minutes. Your access email goes to the address you provided at checkout, so please double-check it. If the email doesn’t arrive, your purchase is always available from your order’s access page — and under your profile if you have an account — and you can contact us to have it re-sent.

Custom service work follows the timeline quoted in your inquiry. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive license to use the design for your own event: you may customize it, print it, and share the finished invitation with your guests. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the template itself, use it for a different event than purchased, or claim the underlying design as your own. All designs remain the intellectual property of DigiLab Creative.

Because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once delivery has been made. If a technical problem on our side prevents you from accessing what you paid for and we cannot fix it, we will make it right — replacement access or a refund at our discretion. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the Philippine Consumer Act.

Custom commissions are scoped through your project brief and quoted individually. Revisions, timelines, and deliverables are as agreed in the quote. The quoted total is payable in full to book the slot, and work begins once that payment is confirmed — we do not run deposit or milestone billing. Scope changes mid-project are quoted separately and only proceed with your approval.

You can buy as a guest — your order confirmation and access links are tied to the email you check out with. If you later create an account with that same email and verify it, your past orders are attached to your account automatically.
